PAYMENT OPTIONS

A monthly payment is automatically withdrawn from your credit card, debit card or checking account. *$3 monthly convenience fee if paying with a credit card.
Semi-Annual and Annual Membership
Paid in full with a credit card, debit card, cash or check. Fee is non-refundable or non-transferrable.
Financial assistance available for most membership types. Ask a Membership Representative for an application for approval processing.
